George Stepanich

Strategic Advisor

George Stepancich is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and management consultant with over 20 years of international business experience. As the founder, CEO, and Managing Director of Invisionate, LLC—a boutique management consulting firm established in 2010—George has guided organizations across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, software, consumer technology, IoT, cloud computing, and clean technology.

Recognized for his strategic vision and ability to drive accelerated growth, George’s expertise spans corporate business development, strategic planning, partner alliances, product development, sourcing, finance, venture capital consulting, and board leadership. He has led initiatives achieving 50% annual growth and identified investments yielding 10x+ returns, including a $1.2 billion acquisition.

Earlier in his career, George served as Director of Business Development for the telecom division of Siemens AG, overseeing $2 billion in U.S. sales. He has held executive roles at a consumer electronics firm and led strategic initiatives for a Goldman Sachs–backed startup. His global experience spans North America, Europe, China, and Asia, equipping him to deliver value across diverse international markets.

George is also a Vistage Chair, where he leads a CEO peer group representing companies with collective annual revenues of $2.5 billion, helping top executives navigate leadership challenges and drive business success.

He is a former Executive Board Member, Board of Industry Leaders Member, and Trustee of the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), producer of CES. George holds a BA in Business from California State University, Long Beach, and has completed executive coursework with faculty from Harvard, MIT, Stanford, and Yale.

In his role as Strategic Advisor to BiThermal Technologies, George provides high-level guidance on growth strategy, market positioning, and investor engagement—helping BiThermal’s thermal wellness innovations achieve their full commercial potential.
