Jack Matsen

Jack Matsen brings over 30 years of leadership in sales, marketing, and business development to his role as CEO of BiThermal Technologies. A dynamic and visionary executive, Jack has built a distinguished career scaling businesses and driving strategic growth across diverse sectors, including health technology, manufacturing, and renewable energy.

Before joining BiThermal Technologies, Jack served as CEO and President of Bioreach Labs, where he led the company’s expansion into advanced laboratory services and wellness products. Bioreach sold to WellRX in November 2024. Prior to that, he held key leadership roles at Innovations in Nutrition and Wellness (INW), including Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, where he played a vital role in positioning the company as an industry leader. His career has also included high-impact roles at Intermountain Wind & Solar and Wasatch Manufacturing, where his business development strategies significantly increased revenue and market share.

His deep expertise in scaling health and energy-focused ventures positions him uniquely to lead BiThermal into a new era of sustainable personal wellness innovation. A two-time honoree on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies, Jack has consistently demonstrated an ability to transform vision into execution. His efforts have generated hundreds of millions in revenue, enhanced enterprise value, and delivered strong returns to shareholders.

In 2021, he was instrumental in the acquisition of his former company and was retained to lead post-acquisition revenue initiatives as Director of Sales and Marketing.

Jack holds an MBA from Brigham Young University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah. He resides in Farmington, Utah, with his wife Cherie, and they are the proud parents of six children. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jack is passionate about community service, adventure motorcycling, and classic car restoration.
