Jeff Turner is a dynamic and results-driven executive with a proven track record of scaling businesses across industries—from entertainment and government to high-growth manufacturing and wellness technology. As Chief Operating Officer of BiThermal Technologies, Jeff brings a rare blend of operational excellence, entrepreneurial insight, and leadership experience to help steer the company’s innovative thermal wellness solutions to market.

He began his career in the high-pressure environment of the film production industry, where he developed a strong foundation in coordination, logistics, and problem-solving. Following the events of 9/11, he was recruited as one of five key contributors to develop the original baggage screener training program for the newly formed TSA—an experience that sharpened his skills in rapid deployment and critical systems development. This blend of high-stakes systems development and real-world business turnaround gave Jeff a unique edge in operational leadership.

That same year, Jeff revitalized his family’s catering business. Alongside his business partner, he acquired the company and led it through a remarkable transformation, growing it from $1.2 million in annual sales and 50 employees to over $6.8 million in revenue and more than 200 staff. His success was driven by his ability to build strong teams, streamline operations, and implement scalable sales strategies.

In 2018, Jeff co-founded Aspen Earth, a small sprinkler injection molding company, which he scaled into a full-service CNC, injection molding, and product design operation nearing $6 million in annual revenue. It was during this time that the concept of Ideation Navigation—a structured approach to turning innovative ideas into scalable businesses—was born.

After selling his shares in Aspen Earth in 2021, Jeff returned to his passion: building visionary companies from the ground up. At BiThermal Technologies, he leads operations with a focus on product development, supply chain, and manufacturing excellence—ensuring BiThermal’s product pipeline sets new standards in performance, reliability, and innovation.
