Scott Feinberg

Scott has 13+ years of investment banking and capital markets experience. He has raised more than $125B across more than 100 transactions as a book runner and as a placement agent for both private and public companies.Scott is the Founder at 8.3 Capital Advisors, where he advises companies on business development initiatives, capital raising, as well as marketing and investor relations services. He is working with emerging growth companies across high growth industries. Prior to 8.3 Capital, Scott worked at Nomura Securities International focusing on originating structured equity securities. Prior to Nomura, Scott worked at Capital One Securities helping build out its equity capital markets effort. He helped grow it’s ECM revenues from $8m to $25m in less than 4 years on a 2-person team. Before that Scott spent 7 years combined at RBS and Mizuho where he worked on some of the largest acquisition financings on Wall Street and helped the firms achieve top 10 in the US league table rankings.
